Everything is made to order. Our production partner, Printful, prints your item after you order (usually 2 to 5 business days), then ships it. Most US orders arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.

US shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, and free on orders of $50.00 or more. There is no express option right now.

Shirts and mugs are produced on different lines and often ship as two packages. Same order, same shipping charge; you might just get two deliveries.

If we can't ship within the time we've told you, we'll email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Sorry about that. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Because each item is printed for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each tee before ordering. If you're stuck between sizes, email us before you order and we'll help.

If tracking stalls, or it says delivered and you can’t find it, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll sort it out with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tees: soft, lightweight 100% combed ring-spun cotton (heather colors include polyester), pre-shrunk and side-seamed. The fit is a classic unisex cut; most women size down one.

11 oz ceramic mugs with a full-wrap print and, on most designs, a color-matched inside and handle. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
